Compared with other ordinary manipulators, our equipment can achieve 24-hour non-stop operation through its high degree of automation, wide adaptability, and simple operation and maintenance, thereby improving production efficiency and reducing costs.

Our company’s new straightener applicable to automatic production lines with high flatness requirements, such as blanking line, laser cutting line and shearing line, especially for pre-punching processing of high-strength steel for automobiles, and post-punching processing of screens, saw blades, sprockets, etc.

The leveling accuracy of the new straightener can reach 0.1~0.5mm/m2, with high precision and strong stability.The normal straightener can generally only achieve a leveling accuracy of 1.5mm/m2

The blanking line provides a long buffer between raw material leveling and feeding, and the 1300 zigzag blanking line helps all kinds of equipment industries more vigorously solve the problem of raw material utilization.

High speed feeding line, widely used in new energy vehicle drive motor, automotive motor home appliance motor, servo motor, industrial motor wind power, etc.Its feeding precision is high, feeding speed can reach 90m/min, more than 600SPM.
